Founded in 2002 by Patrick Dotson, we-go-offroad.com started as a simple site for a
group of five friends to have a place to share photographs of weekend wheeling trips.
Several months later, the site was made available to the public and cheap business
cards were used to "tag" potential new members.
Originally hoping to meet 20 or 30 people who share the same interests, no one ever
imagined the site or the membership level would become what it is today. Now boasting
1614 members in all 50 states
and 3 countries, we-go-offroad.com has proven to be one of the fastest growing offroad
clubs on the East Coast.
Today, WGOR is involved in just about every aspect of the offroad community. From trail
maintenance to rockcrawling competitors and judges, We-Go has something for just about
everyone. To call it a club is cutting us short; we've become more of a family than a
club. Although a bit risque at times, we always take care of our own while pushing one
another to our limits.
