Want to Become an Elite Member?

So you think you can handle us, huh? You think you've got what it takes? Better be sure you can abide by these Elite Member rules first:

The purpose of this group is to promote recreational offroading in a friendly atmosphere. Promotion of this past time includes safety, land use awareness, and passing on information about our hobby to others. Be safe and be alert of your surroundings.

  • God gave you a brain. Use it. Don't make us think there's a shaved monkey driving your rig around on the weekends. Use common sense.
  • Showboat when you can, but don't get carried away. Breaking on a trail ride due to stupidity and the inability to realize your rig isn't going to make it only holds up the group and makes for a LONG day in the woods.
  • Pick up some trash every time you go out. you don't have to get every bit of litter but make it a point to make the trails look better than when you found them. Oh, and tell your friends to do the same.
  • Pack some spare parts if you have them.
  • No boozing or blazing up on the trails. If you're caught drunk in the woods either by the woods cops or another member, pack your stuff and don't let the door hit you in the butt on the way out. Beer at camp never hurt anyone, but that's where it needs to stay.
  • Recovery: use your head when winching. I've seen several water heads act like they know how to recover a vehicle. I know your Tommy Hilfiger shirt was expensive but I'd rather get it dirty than see a broken winch line cut someone open.
  • Use tow hooks or another good tow point. No matter how big and bad your rig is, you will have to pull someone or be pulled by someone eventually. They're cheap.
  • CB radios! If you can afford to ride on a weekend, you can afford a $50 CB. We hate not being able to communicate with others.
  • Stay on the designated trail. No trailblazing, no climbing chutes that you are not supposed to be on. Respect the land and ride where you are supposed to so our land stays open.
  • You represent OUR club at all times, not just when you're in your vehicle with we-go-offroad.com on it. Be proud of it, respect it, and don't be shy to talk about it. Don't be an idiot, just remember to live up to what we believe in.
  • Constantly search for people who are worthy enough to be a part of this family of ours and help it grow.
  • Trash talk is good, but know when to draw the line.
  • NO NIGHT RIDES. No night rides unless a designated off road park officer is your trail guide. The Slade area does NOT allow night rides, so please obey the rules. Some parks allow them, just be sure you're aware of what you are and are not allowed to do.
Sound easy enough? Good. Now all you have to do is give us some money! Send a check for $35.00 made payable to:

We appreciate the support and promise you that this is like no other club you have ever seen before!
